How a Beatro Pre-save Campaign Works

Beatro’s pre-save campaign collects confirmed email signups and sends a release-day reminder. It does not save a track into a fan’s streaming library. Make that distinction clear in your campaign so people know what signing up will do.

Before you start

Prepare the release date, artwork, artist name and title. If available, keep the UPC or ISRC supplied for the release ready for the connected smart link.

Steps

  1. Prepare the campaign page

In Link Studio, create the campaign and add the release details, date, artwork and message. Explain that fans are signing up for a reminder. Preview the page and publish it before sharing its address.

  2. Connect a smart link

Create or choose the public smart link that will be the listening destination. Add known service URLs and optional release identifiers. Copy the generated artist-address link rather than inventing a URL by hand.

  3. Invite confirmed signups

Share the campaign with a short reason to listen. Fans enter their email and confirm it. The release-day reminder goes to confirmed fans who remain subscribed; a signup alone is not a promise of a stream.

  4. Review the release-day result

Matching begins on release day for Apple Music and Deezer and retries during the first seven days. Clear matches can be added; uncertain candidates need your approval. Check the destination yourself and paste a missing service URL when needed.

Check

Before launch, confirm the date and reminder destination. On release day, open every listening button. Do not promise Spotify library saves, Apple Music pre-adds or automatic matching for services this workflow does not support.
