How to Organise a Musician’s Link-in-Bio Page

A fan arriving from a social profile needs a clear next step. Choose the current release, show or product you are promoting, then place the useful long-term destinations after it. The page can change as your campaign changes while the shared bio address stays the same.

Before you start

Gather the official links for your campaign and choose a recognisable artist image. Every plan includes unlimited bio links, import, embeds and thumbnails. Click reports cover 28 days on Basic, 1 year on Pro, and all time on Studio and Label. Pro adds scheduling, styling, email-to-unlock. Multiple bio pages on Studio and Label can have their own links, design and published address.

Steps

  1. Choose one first action

Decide what matters most this week: hearing a release, finding tickets or visiting your store. Use a direct label that tells a fan what opens when they tap.

  2. Build the page

Add your artist identity and links in Beatro’s bio-links editor. Every plan includes unlimited bio links. You can paste a public Linktree address or a list of links, then review the editable import draft, duplicate warnings, safe destinations and order before publishing. Add optional thumbnails and supported music or video embeds, keeping plain links as fallbacks.

  3. Set a useful order

Place the current campaign first and group the remaining destinations into a short, understandable sequence. Remove duplicates and outdated announcements. Pro adds start and end times in your artist time zone, styling presets and email-to-unlock. If a feature needs a higher plan, the editor explains which plan to choose. Email-to-unlock uses the existing mailing-list consent and confirmation flow.

  4. Check and share the public address

Publish your changes, open the public page on a phone and desktop, and tap every link. Check names, artwork, embedded players and any scheduled or locked link. Copy your beatro.link short address into social profiles; your artist’s chosen primary bio address remains canonical. Open the per-link click report and filter its dates to review the campaign within your plan’s history window.

Check

Review the page when a release arrives or a show ends. Keep the main action current and test the destination after every important change.
