Visit beatro.com/my and enter the email used at checkout.
Enter the email code
Use the six-digit code sent to that address. You do not need an artist account.
Choose an order
Open its delivery link, or visit the artist’s site from your library.

Questions
Do I need an artist account?
No. The fan library uses your checkout email and an emailed code, with no password.
Does this renew expired downloads?
No. Existing download limits still apply. Contact the artist if you need help with a delivery.
Why is an order missing?
Check that you used the same email at checkout and that payment completed. A different email has a separate library.
Are Fourthwall orders included?
Fourthwall takes its own payments and provides its own receipts. This library lists paid orders recorded by Beatro.
